| A few Special Notes this month: 1.) The image by Wedlake on the June Cover was incorrectly labeled. The actual title is "Why so Sirius?" not simply "Why?" 2.) The Orion's Child Business Facebook page no longer appears to be working. (Someone who knows much more about FB than I might have an idea as to why, but I'm at a loss.) Hopefully, I will be able to create a new OC-only page soon. Until then, the current Facebook link goes directly to the Editor's personal page. While I do encourage any and all of you to become my friends, please note that much of that content is not related to the publication of Orion's Child. It's just my ramblings, friend chatter, family stuff, etc. But it is a great way to message me directly, if you don't want to trouble with an e-mail. 3.) The Twitter page remains Orion's Child Only content. 4.) Orion's Child supports the arts. Our local theatres in Northeast Ohio are very important to us, and we can often be found working and performing at Kent State University's Trumbull Campus Theatre. If you happen to be in the area any of the last 3 weekends of July, you can see the Editor and Contributing Editor in the current performance of "FOOTLOOSE: The Musical" by Snow, Pitchford, and Bobby; Directed by Renee Johntony. Shows are at 8pm Friday and Saturday Nights, and at 3pm on Sundays. Call 330-847-8700 for reservations. |
